Terms of Service

Welcome to KONKR. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the KONKR mobile application. By downloading or using KONKR, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use KONKR. By using the app you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. Your Account

You may play anonymously or link an account to save progress. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your linked sign-in secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Safety While Playing

KONKR involves moving through the real world. Stay aware of your surroundings. Do not play while driving, and obey all laws, traffic signals, and private property rules. Do not trespass or enter dangerous, restricted, or prohibited areas to play. You are solely responsible for your conduct and safety while using the app.

4. Virtual Items & Purchases

KONKR offers virtual items (coins, diamonds, deeds, boosts) and optional premium subscriptions (PRO, ELITE).
Virtual items and in-game "territory" have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and do not constitute real property ownership despite in-game labels such as "deeds."
Purchases are processed by Apple or Google and are subject to their terms. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled through your Apple/Google account.
Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable. Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Cheat, use GPS spoofing, bots, or exploit bugs to gain unfair advantage.
Harass, threaten, or abuse other players.
Reverse-engineer, copy, or attempt to disrupt the app or its servers.
Use the app for any unlawful purpose.

Violations may result in suspension or permanent termination without refund.

6. Game Changes

KONKR is a live game. We may add, change, or remove features, items, events, or balance at any time. Seasons and certain in-game data may reset as part of normal gameplay.

7. Intellectual Property

All content in KONKR — including the name, logo, design, and game systems — is owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

8. Disclaimers

KONKR is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that map/location data will be accurate. Use of the app is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the app or your conduct in the real world while playing.

10. Termination

You may stop using KONKR and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory local consumer law in your country applies.
