KONKR — Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Rajpoot Holding LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Rajpoot Holding", "we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, and protects information when you use the KONKR mobile application ("KONKR", the "App").

2. Information we collect

Location data (required). KONKR is a GPS territory game. To let you claim territory by walking, challenge nearby players, and display the game map, we collect your device's precise location while the App is in use and while an active walk is being tracked. Location history you walk is stored as territory boundaries (polygons) linked to your player account. Location is never collected when the App is closed and no walk is active.

Account information. KONKR creates an anonymous player account on first launch (a random player ID). If you optionally sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from that provider to link your account.

Gameplay data. Territories, distance walked, challenges, races, battles, leaderboard rank, in-game currency (coins and diamonds), crews, achievements, referral codes, and player-to-player messages sent within the App.

Purchase information. If you buy a subscription or in-app item, the transaction is processed by Google Play. We receive purchase receipts and subscription status via RevenueCat; we do not receive or store your payment card details.

Device and diagnostic data. Device model, operating system version, app version, crash reports, and anti-cheat signals (for example movement speed and GPS accuracy) used to keep the game fair.

3. How we use information

• To operate the game: claim territory, show nearby players and territories, run challenges, races, and leaderboards.
• To process subscriptions and in-app purchases and unlock the features you paid for.
• To prevent cheating, GPS spoofing, and abuse, and to enforce our Terms of Service.
• To send in-app notifications you enable (for example when a rival challenges you or captures your territory).
• To grant rewards for actions such as sharing the App, using a referral code, or joining our community channels.
• To improve stability and performance and to respond to your support requests.

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that operate the App on our behalf:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and realtime backend that stores your account and gameplay data.
• RevenueCat — subscription and purchase management.
• Google — Google Play (distribution and billing), Google Maps (map display), Google Sign-In (optional login).
• Apple — Sign in with Apple (optional login, iOS only).

Other players. Your player name, avatar, territories, approximate live position on the map, leaderboard rank, and crew are visible to other players as part of gameplay. Your email and precise location history are never shown to other players.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Rajpoot Holding LLC, our players, or others.

5. Data retention

We keep your account and gameplay data for as long as your account exists. Territory polygons and anti-cheat logs are retained while relevant to gameplay and fair-play enforcement. When you delete your account, your personal data is permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

6. Your rights and choices

• Delete your account. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Delete Account inside the App, or by emailing us.
• Location permission. You can revoke location access in your device settings; the App cannot function as a game without it.
• Notifications. You can disable notifications in the App settings or your device settings.
• Access / correction. Email us to request a copy of your data or to correct it.

Residents of the EU/EEA, UK, California, and other jurisdictions with data-protection laws may have additional rights (access, portability, erasure, objection). To exercise them, contact us at the email above.

7. Children

KONKR is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), row-level access controls on our database, and server-side validation of gameplay actions. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International transfers

Our service providers may process data in the United States and other countries. By using the App you consent to this transfer and processing.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
